Al Badri International (Overseas Employment Promoters - License # OP&HRD / 4317 / RWP / 2017), is a Pakistan based manpower recruiting agency though new but is engaged in the recruitment and supplying of Pakistani manpower for overseas employment.Today, we enjoy a bountiful harvest evidenced by our expansive portfolio of services, up‐to‐date technological development and continuously growing client base. One of our success is that we try to send the matching portfolio of the candidate which matched the requirement of the client. This always saves the client’s time thus making delivery satisfied. We offer the following services and procedure of Recruitment:
Advertising
Personal Data
Our prescribed application forms are filled by the candidates furnishing their details (bio‐data) including educational qualification, experiences etc.
Provision of CVs
We always tend to fulfil by sending 5‐10 CVs for 1 slot, after checking the compatibility of the candidate and his availability. We always make sure the CV which we are sending is up to the mark and should fulfil the required criteria sent by our client.
Interview
We conduct preliminary interviews; formulate our recommendations based on the professional competency, experience, physical and mental fitness of the candidates.
Trade Test
Trade tests are held to evaluate the aptitude and professional capabilities of the candidates. Such tests strictly meet the international standards.
Trade Test
If directed, the final selection is made by us as per guidelines provided by the principal(s) or by the team of experts visiting for recruitment representing or comprising the principals.
Medical Test
If directed, the final selection is made by us as per guidelines provided by the principal(s) or by the team of experts visiting for recruitment representing or comprising the principals.
Visa Processing
After final selection, visa processing takes at least two weeks.
Air Booking
Travel division handles booking as required by the Principal to the place of destined duty.
